The water flows into the drainage channel from both sides.

The sedimentation box cleans the water of coarse particles such as leaves and sand. A rubber seal prevents the water from flowing around the channel.

The pre-treated water is fed onto a filter pad. Here it is purified by filtration, adsorption, chemical precipitation and biological conversion.

The purified water collects below the filter and can seep away on site or be discharged into surface water.

LINEARITY FOR BEST RESULTS
The filter channel with sedimentation stage has several advantages over other systems.
The water is treated directly below ground level, making the system easy to monitor and maintain. The filter material is not placed loosely in the channel, it is contained in cushions. These are easy to remove and clean. In accordance with building authority approval, the filter cushions only need to be replaced after 10 years.
The filter system removes pollutants such as heavy metals, mineral oil hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from the rainwater.
It also binds nutrients such as phosphates. The combination of solids separator and filter acts on both particles and dissolved water constituents. The treatment system can be used for traffic areas such as parking lots and roads of all traffic loads and industrial areas. Precipitation runoff can be cleaned to such an extent that it can be discharged into surface waters or groundwater. The modular design allows it to be used in almost all catchment areas.
Maintenance is extremely simple and can be carried out by your own staff. No special equipment is required.
