The 3P backflow flap DUO is installed between the filter and the overflow connection in the rainwater tank. This eliminates unnecessary installation times and fittings. The fixed height offset in the overflow siphon prevents installation errors and thus ensures functionality.

Functional principle :
Dirt particles that are lighter than water (e.g. pollen) slowly rise and float on the water surface. This floating layer is when the cistern overflows, the water is removed by the specially shaped overflow siphon with skimmer effect. Connection nozzle DN 50 to use an HT pipe as a support pipe to use. Is supported on the rainwater storage tank wall. The overflow siphon is filled with water (odor trap). If the storage tank has a low water level the support helps to keep the overflow siphon in the correct position.

The overflow features an odor trap and efficiently removes surface water. A stainless steel sheet cover ensures no entry for rodents. This is a standard overflow system.
The cistern plays a vital role in maintaining consistently high water quality, preventing the water from stagnating or “rotting.” A floating layer can seal the water surface, blocking oxygen entry and thereby avoiding anaerobic decomposition processes. This makes it particularly suitable for use in large systems.
The 3P Overflow Siphon (DN 200 / DN 250) can be connected to a DN 200 or DN 250 plastic pipe. It must be securely installed in the cistern, as it becomes significantly heavy when filled. At low water levels, the buoyancy force is reduced. Therefore, the siphon is secured to the cistern using multiple eyelets. Additionally, it can be supported against the wall of the rainwater storage tank with a 50 mm HT pipe.
